Magni coatings are available through a network of metal finishers worldwide; we work with multiple quality-oriented applicators all over Europe! Each job-coater, including our own subsidiaries, must meet performance and quality standards to be Magni licensed approved.

Dip Spin Small products are placed in a mesh basket, submerged in coating solution, and then spun centrifugally to remove (and recover) excess coating material. We achieve precise, highly repeatable results, with Dip Spin, with transfer efficiencies as high as 98%.

Dip Drain is an application process where product is submerged in coating solution overhead, and then drained of excess coating material via gravity.

Spray application, is used when coating specific portions of a part or when coating different areas with a different thickness.

Coat whether it's coil-coat or flow-coat, both application processes are before fabrication. Coil coat applies high-speed surface treatments to the sheet steel and returns it to its bulk form. When Flow-Coating, (typically small diameter tubing or wire) paint is poured onto the material and an air knife removes excess paint.

Lakfabrik Dr. Schmid, along with two more production factories in the USA, called Magni Industries, manufacture over 100 different coatings to meet customer criteria and surpass industry standards. At these three locations, Germany, Detroit, and Kentucky, we take raw materials and manufacture Magni's coatings. Continuous inspections assure quality and customer satisfaction.
